In early 2018, Griffen & Stevens won back-to-back trials involving numerous charges, some with complex legal issues. In one trial, the defense case overpowered the State’s evidence, and the Not Guilty verdict was announced nearly immediately. In another case, we argued a constitutional defense, and after substantial legal arguments, a Not Guilty verdict was entered. In both cases, our clients walked away with no criminal conviction.
