In June of 2018, Griffen & Stevens won a jury acquittal on a multi-count felony Indictment in Yavapai County. Our client was charged with serious drug offenses. We challenged the State’s witnesses with aggressive cross-examination and credibility impeachment. We presented our own version of how the State failed to chase down other strong leads that would have pointed to different suspects than our client. The jury agreed. The verdict was “Not Guilty” on all charges.
