In a pending DUI investigation matter, the police sought to suspend our client's driving privileges, which would have resulted in the client's inability to drive to work, using a process called Admin Per Se / Implied Consent. Even though our client was not convicted of a DUI, as the investigation is still ongoing, the MVD moved forward to suspend our client's driving privileges. Instead, Griffen & Stevens requested a hearing. At the hearing, the MVD judge voided the suspension, so our client's privilege to drive was saved.
