Our client was pulled over by police without a legal basis for a traffic stop. Fortunately, Griffen & Stevens was able to obtain video of the alleged traffic violation. The State argued that the stop was valid. However, after a contentious pretrial hearing on our Motion to Suppress Evidence, the Court granted the motion, and the client's DUI case was completely dismissed.
