In 2015, our clients were charged with theft of over $100,000. The case, which was poorly/inadequately investigated, involved allegations that our clients defrauded an elderly/vulnerable relative. That grand jury was not told the full story. After Griffen & Stevens thoroughly investigated and then provided the prosecutor with clearly exculpatory evidence, the case, including all charges, was dismissed with prejudice.
