Our client was charged with three counts of sexual assault, involving two different victims making the accusations. If convicted, our client was facing mandatory sentencing of 15.75 to 42 years in prison, plus sex offender registration upon release. After a two-week jury trial, the jury unanimously found our client "Not Guilty" of all charges.
