flagstaff criminal defenseArizona Supreme Court Orders Superior Courts to Stay Open on Election Day Until All Polls Are Closed

In anticipation of legal issues involving the right to vote, the Arizona Supreme Court has issued its Administrative Order 2020-165 requiring all Superior Courts to extend their hours on Election Day until all polls are closed.

All Superior Courts will stay open late on November 3, 2020. A system is now in place to notify the appellate courts as well if a claim is filed involving voting rights.

To support our local community on Election Day, we have decided to stay open until every poll is closed in Coconino County on November 3, 2020.

At the Griffen & Stevens Law Firm, PLLC, we will ensure that an attorney is available to speak with you until the polls are closed on Election Day.

If anyone observes voting problems in Flagstaff or anywhere in Coconino County, please contact us today for a free consultation.

Together, let's protect everyone's right to vote in Arizona!
